Stripe: Checkout, portal, webhooks (signature verification), invoices, lifecycle (trialing/active/past_due/cancelled/expired), test mode. Plans: Feature-gated (maxUsers/Teams/Tenants/ApiCalls/Tokens, feature flags for auditLogs/analytics/compliance/sso/webhooks/dlp/guardrails/support/customProviders). SaaS reseller: AgentWatch can be operated as a resellable AI gateway SaaS — Stripe integration provides per-tenant subscription plans, per-org monthly API-call limits, automated checkout + customer portal, and usage-based billing. Designed for ISVs and managed service providers who want to layer AI governance on top of a multi-customer offering. (White-label branding is not yet shipped — see §43.1.) Client management for multi-deployment: super-admin can register and manage multiple downstream client deployments from a central control plane.
