Demo Mode & Zero-Migration Upgrades
A per-user Demo Mode toggle populates every Observe Platform surface — including Fleet, Optimize, and Insider Risk — with realistic demo data, so evaluators immediately see a fully-populated console without wiring up live traffic. Critically, none of the v5 capabilities requires a database schema migration: all new state persists in the existing settings store, so upgrading is a plain image swap (down → pull → up -d).
