Management — Team Management
Navigate to: Dashboard → Team Management
What it shows: All teams in your organization, their member counts, and budget allocations. Teams are the primary unit for access control and cost governance — employees belong to a team, and teams are assigned budgets and model permissions.
Step-by-step: Create a team
- Click Team Management in the sidebar.
- Click New Team.
- Enter a Team Name (e.g.,
Engineering,Marketing). - Optionally add a Description.
- Set a Monthly Budget and Daily Budget in USD.
- Click Save.
Step-by-step: Assign models to a team
- Open a team by clicking its name.
- Click Model Assignments.
- Click Add Model, select a model from the dropdown.
- Set any per-model overrides (max tokens, priority).
- Click Save. Employees in this team will only see models assigned here.
Step-by-step: Delete a team
- Open the team.
- Click Delete Team at the bottom.
- Confirm — employees in the team are not deleted but become unassigned.
Note: A team must have a budget set before employee requests will be tracked against it. Employees without a team are tracked under the organization default budget.
How to test:
- Create a test team with a $0.10 daily budget.
- Assign an employee to that team in Employee Management.
- Send requests using that employee’s API key until the budget is consumed.
- Further requests should be blocked with a
429 budget_exceededresponse.
