Custom DLP Rules per Domain

Different DLP sensitivity levels can be configured per web domain via GET/PUT /api/admin/dlp/domain-rules. For example, chatgpt.com can have stricter PII scanning than internal tools. Rules are stored in the dlpDomainRules company setting.
