Platform Admin — Tenants

Navigate to: Platform Admin → Tenants (Super Admin only)

What it shows: Every organization (tenant) on the AgentWatch SaaS platform. This section is only visible to accounts with the Super Admin flag.

Step-by-step: Create a new organization

1. Expand Platform Admin in the sidebar.
2. Click Tenants.
3. Click New Organization.
4. Enter Organization Name, Billing Email, and Slug (used in URLs).
5. Select a Subscription Plan.
6. Enter the Admin Email — that user will receive a welcome email and become the organization’s Company Admin.
7. Click Create.

Step-by-step: Suspend an organization

1. Find the organization in the list.
2. Click the row to open details.
3. Change Status to Suspended.
4. Click Save — all users in that organization are immediately blocked from making API requests and see a suspension notice on login.

Step-by-step: Transfer admin

1. Open the organization record.
2. Click Transfer Admin.
3. Enter the email of the new admin within the organization.
4. Click Confirm — the old admin retains their account but loses the Company Admin role.

How to test: Create a test organization, log out, and log in with the admin email that was specified — you should land in the new organization’s dashboard with an empty state.
