User Dashboard — My API Keys
Navigate to: My API Keys (visible to all logged-in users)
What it does: Shows the user’s personal API keys — the credentials they use in their development tools, scripts, or IDE extensions to authenticate against the AgentWatch gateway. Users can view key status, rotate the primary key, or temporarily disable access.
Key panels:
| Panel | Description |
|---|---|
| Stats bar | Total keys, active count, disabled count |
| Your API Keys | Table listing each key with name, prefix, status, created date, and last-used date |
Per-key actions:
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Rotate | Invalidates the old key and generates a new one instantly. Any integration using the old key will fail until updated. |
| Pause / Disable | Blocks all API calls authenticated with this key without deleting it. Re-enable to restore access. |
| Delete | Permanently removes the key. Cannot be undone. |
Step-by-step — rotating an API key:
- Navigate to My API Keys.
- Locate the key you want to rotate in the list.
- Click the Rotate button next to it.
- Confirm the rotation in the dialog. A new key value is displayed — copy it immediately as it is shown only once.
- Update the key value in all tools and scripts that use it.
Step-by-step — temporarily pausing access:
- Navigate to My API Keys.
- Find the key to pause and click Disable.
- The status badge changes to “Disabled”. All requests using that key receive a 401 response.
- To restore, click Enable.
How to test: Copy your active API key. Make a test call:
curl https://<gateway>/v1/models \ -H "Authorization: Bearer <your-key>"# Expected: 200 with model list
# Disable the key in My API Keys, then retry:# Expected: 401 UnauthorizedAPI endpoint: GET /api/my/keys
