Sharing & Collaboration
Generate Enterprise lets teams collaborate by sharing agents and projects with other people in their workspace — either individual users or entire teams — so a team can standardize on the same purpose-built assistants and bodies of work instead of each person rebuilding them.
How do you share an agent or project?
Section titled “How do you share an agent or project?”Both agents and projects are shared from a Share dialog. You can share with individual users or with whole teams, and assign each a role: Can view (viewer) or Can edit (editor). The owner, or an editor, can share.
What can collaborators do?
Section titled “What can collaborators do?”Viewers can view; editors can view and edit. The owner has full control and cannot leave a project — they transfer ownership or delete it — while other members can leave. Role changes and removals notify the people involved.
What happens to project agents and connected tools when a project is shared?
Section titled “What happens to project agents and connected tools when a project is shared?”Sharing a project can also share selected project agents, giving each collaborator the role that matches their project role. When a shared agent uses custom MCP servers, the Share dialog warns before sharing (and flags any unhealthy server), then provisions those MCP servers to the recipients.
