Projects
A project in Generate Enterprise is a self-contained space that bundles its own knowledge base, conversations, agents, and configuration. Because everything is scoped to the project, its knowledge and context stay separate from other work — useful for separating by client, department, or initiative.
What does a project include?
Section titled “What does a project include?”A project bundles its own Knowledge (files and databases), its Chats, its Agents, and configuration — Instructions, a Summary, Starter Prompts, and a Classification. File and database counts are tracked per project, and the knowledge is scoped so agents and chats in the project only draw on that project’s content.
How do you create a project?
Section titled “How do you create a project?”Click New Project and, in the Create a project dialog, enter a Project Name (required) and an optional Description. The project then opens to its own page, where you add knowledge, start chats, and add agents.
What is on the project page?
Section titled “What is on the project page?”The project page has tabs for Chats, Agents, Summary, Starter Prompts, and Classification, an Instructions panel, and a Knowledge panel with Add Files and Add database. An inline chat box starts a project-scoped conversation. The Projects list itself is split into Your projects and Shared tabs.
How do you share a project?
Section titled “How do you share a project?”Projects can be shared with individual users or whole teams, each with a role of Can view (viewer) or Can edit (editor); the owner or an editor can share. Sharing a project can optionally share selected project agents too. See Sharing and collaboration.
