Artifacts
Artifacts in Generate Enterprise are the rich outputs agents create beyond plain text. Generate produces five kinds — files, charts, diagrams, dashboards, and generative UI — rendered inline in chat and collected in an Artifacts library, where each can be previewed, downloaded, or reopened in the chat that created it.
What charts and diagrams can Generate create?
Section titled “What charts and diagrams can Generate create?”Generate renders charts with ECharts — Bar, Line, Area, Scatter, Pie, Gauge, Funnel, Radar, Heatmap, Treemap, Sunburst, Candlestick, and Boxplot — and diagrams with Mermaid — Flowchart, Sequence, Class, State, Entity Relationship, Gantt, Pie, Mindmap, Timeline, Git Graph, Sankey, Quadrant, User Journey, C4, XY Chart, Requirement, Architecture, and Block. Charts and diagrams download as SVG, PNG, or JPG.
What are dashboards and generative UI?
Section titled “What are dashboards and generative UI?”Dashboards are interactive HTML views rendered live (with embedded charts and diagrams) and downloadable as PDF. Generative UI (“Interactive view”) is an interactive component the agent builds — such as forms, wizards, and quizzes — rendered inline in chat and exportable as a self-contained HTML file, image, or PDF.
What documents can Generate generate?
Section titled “What documents can Generate generate?”Generate produces file artifacts you can preview and download as Word (DOCX), PowerPoint (PPTX), Excel (XLSX/XLS), PDF, HTML, and Markdown. When the matching Google connector is connected, a file can be opened directly in Google Slides, Google Docs, or Google Sheets.
